Cluster de ignições em Penafiel e Loulé alimenta atividade pesada

A atividade tem‑se concentrado no norte, sobretudo no distrito de Porto, onde se forma um cluster de ignições em Penafiel; no sul, no distrito de Faro, destaca‑se outro cluster em Loulé, com incêndios adicionais em Palmela e Almada, no distrito de Setúbal, e em Castro Verde, no distrito de Beja. Até agora, vários focos permanecem ativos enquanto a maioria já foi dominada. O sensor MTG tem registado numerosas anomalias térmicas não associadas a fogos ativos, padrão típico das queimadas agrícolas nesta época.

RIR está a descer na maioria dos distritos, indicando uma tendência geral de redução do risco. O regime operou pesado hoje, com resposta terrestre predominante. IPMA aponta uma queda modesta amanhã, destacando‑se a diminuição no distrito de Vila Real. A assimetria do MTG permanece marcada, com muitas anomalias térmicas não correspondidas aos focos ativos.

Manutenção do regime para o resto do dia, com risco a diminuir modestamente, sobretudo no distrito de Vila Real. Amanhã o risco deve continuar a baixar de forma modesta.

Ignition clusters in Penafiel and Loulé drive heavy fire activity

Fire activity has concentrated in the north, especially in the district of Porto where a cluster of ignitions is forming in Penafiel; in the south, the district of Faro sees another cluster in Loulé, with additional blazes in Palmela and Almada in the district of Setúbal and in Castro Verde in the district of Beja. So far, several fires remain active while most have been brought under control. The MTG sensor is detecting numerous thermal anomalies not linked to active fires, a pattern typical of agricultural burns at this time of year.

RIR is falling across most districts, signalling a general risk reduction. The operational regime has been heavy today, with ground response dominant. IPMA forecasts a modest decline tomorrow, with the standout drop in Vila Real district. MTG asymmetry stays marked, with numerous thermal anomalies unmatched to active fires.
